From Boulder, take Arapahoe east to 95th. Turn right (south) on 95th. Take to 2nd left onto Indian Peaks Ave (Look for Indian Peaks subdivision sign). Go about 200 ft. Turn right on Concord. First right on Beauprez. 1/2 way up the street. See "804" on sign on white picket fence.
From Denver, take 36 West. Exit Hwy 287 - Broomfield/Lafayette exit. Go 7 miles north. Turn left on Baseline. Turn right (north) on 95th. Take 1st right on Beauprez. Pass white barn. Next block. 804 is on the right.
