Many of us begin in a state defined as an unknown unknown. In effect, we do not know who we are and what we want. We cling to safety attachments, activities that comfort us, and familiar roles. This is when we are completely susceptible to our parents and other authority figures telling us who we are. It leads to making choices to be something for others that we are not. What is unsatisfying about this is we always feel the effect of our life circumstances reflecting the truth that we are given inaccurate or incomplete advice about who we are.
This attempt to be someone who matters helps us to define what we wish to become. Sometimes we are fortunate, and we find things we love to do and discover a way to make them pay our way. Other times we find ourselves in a series of jobs and relationships where we are constantly seeking something better than what we have. This is due to running into upper boundary limits where it is uncomfortable to go beyond past experiences. For many, this means taking control of our lives and pushing ourselves to perform. This can lead to both breakdowns and breakthroughs. In breakdowns, we need to examine what is not working so we can reestablish our direction in a way that would work.
In breakthroughs, we discover something about ourselves that affirms who we are and that serves the people who are around us. This creates the experience of being needed and opens the door to justifying our own needs. It is not until we engage our life as a unified process of synthesis as being that we begin to see the full opportunity of Life, Light, and Love. The lessons of Body, Mind, and Spirit are brought together by an inner energetic presence. These triads assist us in defining and refining our perceptions. When we complete these triads of consciousness (such as Life, Light, and Love) we become complete and whole. We begin to appreciate ourselves as a unique expression in the world so that we do not need to compromise ourselves to deliver the contributions we wish to make.
We also become clear that the reactions that occur are the result of incongruent past conclusions to our current experience. Until we resolve and modify this internal experience of dissonance, we live unfulfilled lives. We do not even see or acknowledge what is possible. In this class, we assemble twelve frameworks of Triads to complete and neutralize reactions, so we can focus on what matters. Our self-discovery process shows participants how to bring certain elements to the fore to create our own experiences of contribution. This process of self-actualization simplifies our lives immensely. This occurs because, in a creative state of being, we take responsibility for our forward movement and direction and can let everything else go.
